THE VISION

When the existing layout failed to reflect the lifestyle of the new homeowners, we saw a unique opportunity to think outside the box. By redesigning the entire second-floor layout, we transformed a windowless, cramped ensuite into a bright, tranquil sanctuary while maintaining full functionality for the rest of the home.

  • Artisan cabinetry: Installed a stunning, custom-built walnut vanity crowned with dual marble sinks—a perfect blend of form and function.

  • Clever connectivity: Utilized a pocket-door system to create a high-end 3-piece guest bathroom without sacrificing valuable square footage.

  • A tranquil aesthetic: Leveraged natural light and intentional design to create a space that is as visually pleasing as it is practical.
