A SPATIAL REIMAGING: FROM A TRADITIONAL 3-PIECE TO EXPANSIVE SPA

 

THE VISION

We transformed a standard, confined bathroom into a sprawling sanctuary by removing an adjacent structural wall. This project is a testament to Timco’s resourcefulness—turning an underutilized sitting nook into an essential part of an original, luxury environment.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • The grand entrance: A stunning 4-panel French door sets an immediate tone of artisanship and expectation for the space beyond.

  • The rainfall reveal: Replaced the traditional tub with an expansive walk-in shower featuring a sliding glass door, integrated slide bar, and a premium rain shower head.

  • Bespoke vanity: A 60” custom-painted maple vanity crowned with glossy marble countertops and a beveled, custom-framed mirror.

  • Uncompromising comfort: Integrated technical mastery with in-floor heating and an oil-heated towel bar for a seamless, spa-like experience.

  • The style palette: Finished with a warm, sophisticated grey palette that brings a visionary sense of calm and modernity to the room.

THE RESULT
